Tracy Roberts, founding member of Circle Center Consulting, LLC, has been facilitating group process in different settings, organizations and programs his entire career. Tracy is passionate about helping groups create meaningful community with integrity as they discuss, explore and address important issues and work together. Tracy has been a dedicated trainer and mentor to many group facilitators and workplace consultants in the southeast region and currently facilitates groups all over Middle Tennessee, predominantly in health care related organizations.
A Jackson, Mississippi native, Tracy Roberts obtained his degree in Social Work from the University of Mississippi before obtaining his Master’s Degree in the same field from the University of Tennessee. Upon graduating from UT, Tracy worked as an adolescent and family therapist at the Oasis Center on the Community Based Counseling Team and the Emergency Shelter. After serving as the Clinical Case Manager at The Oasis Center’s Transitional Living Program, he worked at Centerstone as a Drug and Alcohol therapist, helping homeless men seeking recovery from addiction. Tracy’s professional background includes years of dedicated work as an adolescent/family therapist, a group trainer, and a corporate organizational consultant. He has served in numerous community efforts including the Board of Directors for Non-Violent Communication Nashville, chairing the Diversity Committee of that organization, as well as others. Tracy is an avid sports fan, music lover, hiker and pinball wizard. He proudly served his country in The U.S. Coast Guard from 1987-1991.
