they FIT in
their current

an organization, especially
for members of traditionally
underrepresented groups.

WHY CIRCLES WORK.
Communities of Practice are peer-based learning groups that enable employees to come together and build connections based on shared lived experience and interests. Interventions like these and topic Circles (examples below) bolster communication, collaboration and can increase effectiveness, resiliency and productivity. Many organizations find that Communities of Practice improve onboarding, training and retention processes making it easier for new employees to orient and thrive in company culture. These Communities can also serve as a vital channel of communication for organizations facing rapid growth and unrelenting change management.
Show employees and community members your appreciation and trust by protecting dedicated space to honor their coming together and the relational aspect of the workplace. These simple and profound culture practices help employees cope with stress, burn-out, isolation in hybrid work environments and more, fostering open communication and resilience across the organization.
Whether in person or virtual, providing a space where employees can connect is vital to creating a sense of community within the workplace.
Already have successful Communities of Practice? The Circle Center can help your organization build on these intentional culture “legacy” investments by supporting individual & group coaching, creating a Mentoring Program and more, perfect next steps for any Community of Practice!
