With over 30 years of Military and Corporate experience, Grover Hardin has a proven history as a Corporate Operations Executive with a passion for helping leaders and organizations accelerate their growth and exceed their business objectives. Grover’s goal through executive coaching and leadership development is to support transformational breakthroughs for emerging and established leaders in their professional and personal lives. He believes that everyone deserves a great coach. Whether supporting new leaders in corporate or government, or those accelerating to the next level, Grover’s desire is to maximize a leader’s potential. Throughout his career Grover has propelled diverse, multi-site teams together to align and engage with a common vision and mission and produce exceptional results. Grover’s belief that people are the greatest asset to all organizations and developing their capability is critical to ensure sustainable success, is the foundation of his coaching, training, facilitation, and operations consulting.
Grover is a US Army veteran where he served honorably as a Logistics Officer. He has also demonstrated successful leadership throughout a 25+ year span with several Fortune 500 companies in Operations. Through this operational leadership experience, Grover has delivered outstanding and injury-free performance, spearheaded multi-million cost transformations, and executed multiple capital expansions and improvements. Grover earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Business from the University of Mississippi, and an Associates in Business Administration from Itawamba Junior College. He is a certified Executive and Leadership Coach, Career Management Coach and Team Diagnostic Survey Coach. He holds certifications in Global Mindset for Strategic Leadership from the Thunderbird Executive Education Program on Leadership Potential, and trained in 360-degree Feedback, Performance Conversations, Influencing and Leadership Agility, Value Stream Thinking (LEAN). Grover is currently an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the ICF Tennessee Chapter, active on the board of directors and leading the Community Outreach committee. Grover is a member of The Table, an organization that has been formed to create inclusive relationships throughout the business and civic communities in Nashville.
