Gail retired from Ford Motor Credit Company as Director of Human Resources, Global Operations Team and has over 30-years experience in corporate, manufacturing and the finance industries. Gail holds a Ph.D. in psychology with an emphasis on building sustainable systems. Gail is a Board-Certified Coach with a specialty in conflict resolution, a seasoned negotiator and a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 trained civil mediator. Gail provides coaching and consulting to companies who are in complex change by helping them identify transformative behaviors for business model reinvention.
