Karen Nash, PCC, MSOD

Circle Facilitator, Executive Coach, Consultant

Karen Nash helps leaders and teams turn complex conversations into clear direction and coordinated action. An executive coach, facilitator, and consultant with more than twenty years of experience, Karen has worked with leaders across nonprofit, healthcare, corporate, and international organizations. A distinctive part of her work is helping leaders and teams make their thinking visible. Using graphic facilitation, she often illustrates ideas in real time on wall charts or designs processes where participants map and organize ideas using virtual workspaces and visual templates. These visual approaches help teams collaborate and innovate, build shared understanding and accountability, and deepen connection with one another.

Karen is also deeply committed to advancing the coaching profession. She served as President of the Tennessee Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has several coaching certifications including: Professional Certified Coach® (PCC), Certified Presence-Based Coach® and Certified Visual Coach®. She offers mentor coaching for coaches pursuing their credentials and is currently completing the training requirements to become an ICF assessor. Karen prioritizes ongoing personal and professional development and is exploring somatic coaching as a way to deepen her own awareness and ability while also finding new ways to support leaders, teams, and fellow coaches.

Karen is the mom of a wonderful son and their moody cat. She is slowly learning about Roblox and anime. She can often be found with glue and paint on her hands from making collages or dirt under her nails from experimenting with vertical gardening. She’s always reading about and planning future travel and adventures.
