Kim Ewell has been a life and leadership coach since 2010. She brings a holistic view, positive regard and mindfulness-based attention to her coaching sessions. Her passion is helping people develop awareness of their inner wisdom and perspective so they can build a balanced and sustainable way of being in the world. Kim also provides circle facilitation services focused on leadership, being human, and team building. Kim completed coach training programs at Coach University and Presence-based Coaching. Circle facilitation training was completed with The Circle Center.
Prior to becoming a coach and facilitator, Kim spent 25+ years in the IT profession as a project manager, business process manager, and global deployment leader. An organizational change management class provided a key defining moment that helped Kim shift her own perspective from a driven “getting things done” stance to incorporating time in projects to help people navigate change. Kim lives in Madison with her heartner JT and their pup Izzie. They met years ago singing in Nashville in Harmony (NiH), an LGBT community chorus in Nashville. Kim is a deeply gifted and committed community member and completed her term as Production Director on the NiH board in 2021.
